At Pythrukum Wellness Products, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Ayurvedic and wellness solutions. Due to the nature of our products (health supplements and consumables), we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.

Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements


We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once a product has been delivered, as our products are consumable health goods.

However, we will happily offer a replacement or full refund under the following special circumstances:

  • Damaged Product: The bottle or packaging arrived broken or leaking.
  • Defective Item: The product is expired or spoiled upon arrival.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

Note: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery.


2. Reporting an Issue


To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect product and the shipping label.

  3. Our team will verify the issue and process a replacement or refund within 48-72 hours.


3. Refund Process


If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.


4. Non-Returnable Items


For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products where the seal has been broken.
  • Any request made after the 5-day reporting window.


5. Cancellations


You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
